being seen together in public, and on Feb. 10, you may see them on stage together
at the 55th annual Grammy Awards!
"Chris wants to perform with Rihanna at
the Grammys to show the whole world they are back together," a source told Radar Online. "Chris doesn't care what the haters say, and wants to give the viewers an over the top performance with Rihanna."
Is Chris Using Rihanna For The Public's Forgiveness?
Chris, 23, may even be using the performance in order to get the public to forgive him for assaulting Rihanna before the 2009 ceremony.
"He wants the fans to know this is the real deal, and he is a changed man," the source said. "If Rihanna can forgive him, the rest of the world should move on from what happened four years ago," he believes.
However, producers are torn between letting Rihanna and Chris perform together or not. Producers of the Grammys "haven't signed off on having Chris and Rihanna perform together," a source revealed. "It's an extremely delicate situation and there is concern about the backlash the performance could receive. But it could also be ratings gold."

Rihanna appears in commercials for the February 10 show. In the ad, she says, "When a door closes, you have two choice: give up, or keep going. Let them shut you down, or prove them wrong. We all start somewhere; it's where you end up that counts."
Rihanna, 24, is nominated for three awards, including Best Rap/Sung Collaboration, Best Pop Solo Performance and Best Short Form Music Video for "We Found Love."
