Hollywood News: 'Jeffersons' actor Ned Wertimer dies

The funny doorman who was always asking business owner, George Jefferson (Sherman Hemsley) for a tip has died.  Ned Nertimer added a lot of humor to the hit television sitcom, 'The Jeffersons.'   We do not find it awkward another member of the crew has died this year, because that's what occurred with the 1970's sitcom, 'What's Happening,' it seems like one year one actor died, then the next year an actress died.

The good thing about the late Hollywood actor, Ned Wertimer is, he lived to be 89 years old, which is something we cannot say for many other Hollywood celebrities.  God blessed Wertimer to live a long time.  May another member of 'The Jeffersons" sitcom rest in peace.
