The parents of singer Beyoncé, Tina and Matthew Knowles, are officially divorced after 31 years of marriage.
The parents of Beyonce Knowles, who have been married for 31 years, finalized their divorce last month, Texas, two years after Tina has filed an application to formally separate from her husband.
This request was canceled in 2010, while the two parties had not continued their dealings with the court.
Tina, however, reiterated her request on August 30, saying the marriage was "unbearable due to disputes and conflict of personalities" that made it impossible "any possibility of reconciliation."
The first petition for divorce from Tina had occurred a month after Matthew was the target of a lawsuit filed by paternity Alexsandra White, who gave birth to a boy, Nixon in February 2010. Matthew had initially denied being the father of the baby, but a DNA test finally proved otherwise.
Tina and Matthew Knowles also have another daughter together, Solange. Recall that Beyonce has separated from her father as an agent, but insisted she was grateful for all he has done for her as a father and agent.
