Amanda Bynes has been busy lately insulting Jay-Z and posting odd photos on Twitter, but maybe that was all just some weird reaction to her bizarre living situation.
And no, we’re not talking about a pot smoke-filled apartment messing with her brain cells.
This little issue is all about some red lights she put all over her former New York apartment that we suspect might have fried her mind.
Her former neighbors are outing Miz. Bynes as a straight-up weirdo as they are revealing:

- “Her door was left open all the time. And we saw that she put red [lightbulbs] in every outlet.”
- Ooookay, so we’ve never tried that type of decor, but we’re pretty sure it would mess with your sanity.
- Maybe this is why she continued with bizarre behavior at the building like when neighbors spotted her:
- “at 2 a.m. one morning, laughing hysterically for four minutes … [she then] went back to her apartment.”
Yup, definitely weird!
Unless someone had just told her a really, really funny joke.
