Celebrity News: Howard Stern denied $300 million after Sirius XM merger

For many years, Howard Stern has been known to his millions of radio fans.  Now that Sirius XM has merged, he felt he was old a part of the proceeds, allegedly.  However, he has been denied $300 million dollars, that's a lot of money he was looking to possess.

According to NYDailyNews.com, argued Sirius owed him an extra $300 million in stock after their 2008 merger with XM Radio because their contract provided performance incentives tied to subscription growth.  It seems like if there was proof that he shared incentives, he would get at least half of the $300 million.  However, certain contracts can many various things.
