Celebrity News: Mystery 911 Calls to Katie Couric Solved

Several months ago, Katie Couric made headlines when there were some strange 911 calls made from her home.   Some sources allegedly claimed it has something to do with her dead husband responding from his grave.  However, investigators looked into the matter and now discovered it was only cross wiring responsible for the calls coming into her home.  Therefore, some claims, regarding her late husband responding from his grave was just a hoax and it was not a prank played on Couric.

Crossed wires — not sabotage — are responsible for the mystery 911 calls made from Katie Couric’s home, the Daily News has learned.

  “She was not the victim of any sort of scam,” a NYPD source said.
